Q: What do I do if I am not satisfied with an item in my box?
A: If you are not happy with something in your box, ; let us know your name and the item(s) you are not satisfied with, and we will evaluate your case individually.

Q. What happens if I get a vegetable in my bag that I don't like?
A. We ask that you try everything once and then, if you don't like it, you can exchange it for an equal amount of something we have at the farmers market booth. Try using that vegetable early in the week, rather than putting it off. Vegetables will lose their tastiness as the week progresses; that is why so many veggies you get from the supermarket taste funky.

Q: What do I do if my box isn't at its drop off location?
A: If you do not see your box at your drop off location, chances are someone accidently picked up your bag. Please and we will sort things out.

Q: Can I put a hold on my CSA?
A: No, you cannot suspend your CSA membership for an extended period of time.

Q: How do I change my email address or contact information?
A: This is another situation where is your best option. Make sure you receive a confirmation email at your new address.

Q: How do I increase/decrease my box size?
A: and let us know what you would like.

Q: How do I know what size box to purchase?

If you are sick or going on vacation, try to get a friend to pick up your box for you. Unfortunately, we need seven days warning to put a hold on your CSA share. To make arrangements, .

Q: Can someone else pick up my box for me?
A: Yes. If you let us know, , who will be picking up your box, we will be happy to give your produce to a friend or relative.

Q: Do I need to bring bags.
A: You can, or you can take the one we provide. If you do take our bag, keep it in good shape and return it when you pick up your next week's delivery so we can recycle it for another pick-up.

Q: What happens if I move out of the area?
A: If you are moving out of your neighborhood and would like to continue with your CSA, please and we will find a new convenient pick-up location. No cash refunds will be given for canceled subscriptions unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please with any inquiries.

Q: If I decide to cancel my membership permanently, do I get any refund?
A: As a member of a CSA, you are signing up to support a farm in doing what it does best: growing local food. We are not in a position to honor canceled memberships through vouchers or cash refunds.
